Цветочная пыльца для здоровья и красоты


Когда пчела перелетает с цветка на цветок, пыльца прилипает к ее телу, покрытому пушком, и попадает на следующий цветок, опыляя его. Пыльцу с тела насекомое счищает лапками и плотно укладывает в специальные кармашки на задних ножках. Цвет пыльцы изменяется от белого до темно-фиолетового и коричневого, в зависимости от вида растений.

В улье пыльца используется для питания подрастающих личинок и рабочих пчел. Люди ставят специальные заслоны для сбора комочков пыльцы (обножки) и используют урожай для своих целей.
Цветочная пыльца богата белками и аминокислотами, углеводами, витаминами А, С, Е, витаминами группы В, витаминами К, РР,D, фолиевой кислотой. В состав цветочной пыльцы входят микроэлементы калий, магний, кальций, натрий, хлор, медь, серебро, марганец, железо, цинк, молибден, ванадий; биологически активные вещества — триглицериды, фосфолепиды, жирные кислоты; фитонциды и фитогормоны.
Цветочная пыльца встречается в продаже в виде гранул или смеси с медом.

Во время курса приема препарата с цветочной пыльцой следует снизить объем белковой пищи.  После лечения пыльцой рекомендуется сделать перерыв.
Препараты из цветочной пыльцы для наружного применения.
При ревматизме рекомендуется компресс из 25 г пыльцы, 25 мл сока алоэ и 120 г меда. Вместо сока алоэ можно использовать сок каланхоэ. Все ингредиенты хорошо перемешать, нанести на марлю и приложить к пораженным суставам на 30 минут. Повторять ежедневно в течении 2 недель.
При ревматоидном и реактивном артрите использовать для компресса средство из 15 г пыльцы, 70 мл водки или спирта и 25 мл сока алоэ. Смешать все ингредиенты, полученной массой растереть больные суставы, надеть хлопчатобумажные чулки или накрыть ноги теплым полотенцем. Оставить на 20-30 минут, затем смыть. Повторять ежедневно в течении 1 недели.
Для лечения артрита можно использовать смесь из 15 г пыльцы,
60 г меда и 60 мл сока черной редьки. Полученной смесь обработать
Больные места и накрыть марлей. Оставить на 20 минут, затем смыть. Повторять процедуру 2 недели перед сном.
При ревматических заболеваниях рекомендуется смесь из 25 г пыльцы, 60 г меда, 15 мл сока хрена и 25 мл растительного масла, нагреть до 50°С на медленном огне, затем нанести на марлю и приложить к больным суставам на 15 минут. Повторять процедуру ежедневно в течении 1 недели.
Для лечения остеоартроза можно использовать смесь из 15 г пыльцы, 60 г пчелиного воска, 5 г сока крапивы двудомной. Пыльцу смешать с соком крапивы, добавить растопленный воск. Полученную смесь нанести на больные ноги и накрыть марлевой повязкой. Оставить на 20 минут, затем смыть. Повторять процедуру ежедневно в течении 1 недели.
Препараты из цветочной пыльцы для употребления внутрь.
При подагрическом артрите рекомендуется средство из 25 г меда, 100 мл холодной кипяченой воды, 10 г пыльцы. Настаивать в течении 3 дней. Принимать по 50 мл утром натощак в течении 1 недели.
Для лечения артрита смешать 10 г пыльцы, 100 мл горячего молока, 10 г меда. Настаивать 20 минут. Принимать по 10 мл 3 раза в день до еды в течении 1 недели.

При всех ревматических заболеваниях смешать 10 г пыльцы, 100 г меда, 150 мл кипяченой воды. Пыльцу залить кипятком, через 20 минут добавить мед, нагреть до растворения меда, затем дать остыть. Принимать по 20 мл ежедневно натощак в течении 2 недель.
При всех ревматических заболеваниях рекомендуется использовать настой 10 г пыльцы и 150 мл минеральной воды. Оставить на 2 часа в прохладном месте. Принимать по 10 мл ежедневно утром до еды в течении 1 недели.
Также при ревматических заболеваниях можно принимать средство из пыльцы, прополиса и масла. Для приготовления настоя потребуется 10 г пыльцы и 100мл оливкового масла. Нагреть на слабом огне до температуры 50-60°С, добавить 7 г измельченного прополиса и тщательно перемешать. Принимать по 25 мл 2 раза в день до еды в течении 1 недели.
Применение цветочной пыльцы при различных заболеваниях.
На основе цветочной пыльцы создано много лекарственных препаратов, которые можно приобрести в аптеке .  Цветочную пыльцу можно приобрести в специализированных пчеловодных магазинах.

При покупке следует проверить дату сбора и упаковки продукта; уточнить вид растения с которого была собрана пыльца(исключить возможность аллергической реакции); район, где был произведен продукт(экологически чистый); оценить внешний вид(пыльца должна быть сухой рассыпчатой в виде маленьких зернышек с приятным цветочно-медовым запахом).
Хранить цветочную пыльцу следует в герметичных(стеклянных с притертой крышкой) сосудах в темном, сухом месте, при температуре не выше 20 °С.
Полезные свойства пыльцы сохраняются около 3-х месяцев, но в сочетании с медом, который является натуральным консервантом, срок хранения продлевается до 2-х лет.
Мед с пыльцой обладают антибактериальным,  противовоспалительным,
мочегонным,  желчегонным,  регенерирующим  свойствами, нормализуют  функции  эндокринной и нервной системы, повышают иммунитет,   улучшают   эластичность  сосудов.
Существуют различные рецепты применения пыльцы с медом при различных заболеваниях.
При гипертонии надо соединить пыльцу и мед в пропорции 1:2 и принимать 3 раза в день, запивая отваром боярышника и мелиссы.
Продолжительность приема 2 недели.
При патологии пищеварительной системы смешать в равных пропорциях мед и пчелиную пыльцу. Чайную ложку полученной смеси развести в 50 мл воды и настаивать 3 часа. В течении дня пить теплый отвар 3 раза. Продолжительность лечения 1 месяц.
При заболеваниях печени нужно приготовить смесь из 15 г меда и 5 г пчелиный пыльцы. Принимать 1 раз в день по чайной ложке сразу после еды в течении месяца.
При сниженном иммунитете смешать пыльцу и свежий мед в равных пропорциях и принимать по 2 чайных ложки за полчаса до еды 1 раз в день. Смесь следует рассасывать. Принимать не более 20 дней.
При анемии на стакан воды добавить чайную ложку пыльцы с медом и тщательно размешать. Пить 3 раза в день.
При заболеваниях нервной системы пыльцу смешивают с медом 1:1 или 1:2 и принимают взрослые 2 чайные ложки 2 раза в день, дети 1 чайную ложку 2 раза в день. Курс лечения 20 дней.
При заболеваниях обмена веществ 2 столовые ложки смеси листьев крапивы, корня одуванчика и сухой черники ( в равных количествах) залить 200 мл кипятка и настоять 2 часа. Добавить в настой суточную дозу пыльцы с медом (4 чайные ложки). Принимать 2-4 раза в день за полчаса до еды. Курс лечения 20 дней.
При заболеваниях почек суточную дозу пыльцы с медом (4 чайные ложки) залить 100 мл горячей воды и настаивать 2 часа до полного растворения меда. Пить смесь 3 раза в день перед едой в течении месяца.
При заболеваниях простаты(аденоме) принимать сухую или смешанную пыльцу с медом по 2 чайные ложки 2 раза в день. Курс лечения 20 дней, перерыв 10 дней.
При бесплодии у женщин принимать 2 чайные ложки пыльцы 2 раза в день в течении 20 дней, перерыв 10 дней.
При лечении эрозии шейки матки приготовить раствор пыльцы в горячей воде в пропорции 1:1, смочить смесью тампон и вставить во влагалище на 2-3 часа или на ночь. Лечение длится 2-3 недели до полного заживления.
При заболеваниях сердца 4 чайных ложки пыльцы с медом (1:1 или 1:2) в день в 3 приема в течении 20 дней, перерыв 10 дней.
При рассеянном склерозе от 1 до 5 чайных ложек пыльцы в день до еды запивая фруктовым соком или водой.
Правила приема пыльцы.
Мед с пыльцой надо растворить в воде, либо перед глотанием подержать во рту для разрушения оболочки гранул цветочной пыльцы.
Принимать средство за полчаса до еды и не позже 18.00.
Принимать не более 5 чайных ложек в день.
Перерыв между курсами не менее 10 дней.
Противопоказания.
Сахарный диабет.
Дерматоз.
Аллергия на продукты пчеловодства.
Обострения гастрита, энтероколита, панкреатита.
Перед лечением продуктами пчеловодства рекомендуется проконсультироваться с врачом.

Как действует пыльца различных растений на организм.
Акациевая — обладает успокаивающим действием на весь организм.
Боярышниковая – укрепляет сердечную мышцу, улучшает кровообращение, успокаивает нервную систему, а также хорошее жаропонижающее средство.
Базиликовая — улучшает работу пищеварительной системы.
Вишневая – обладает мочегонным действием.
Васильковая – помогает при ревматизме и подагре, мочегонное.
Гречишная — рекомендуется при аритмии, сердцебиениях и кровотечениях.
Ежевичная — эффективна при дисфункции кишечника.
Каштана конского – рекомендуется при тромбофлебитах и застойных явлениях печени, улучшает кровообращение.
Маковая — помогает при кашле, ангинах, бронхитах, бессоннице.
Одуванчиковая – улучшает работу почек, мочевого пузыря и печени.
Померанцевая(цитрусовые) – улучшает пищеварение, обладает тонизирующим действием, укрепляет нервную систему.
Рапсовая – обладает ценными диетическими и питательными свойствами.
Тимьяновая и чабрецовая — положительно влияет на половую функцию, улучшает кровообращение, помогает при кашле.
Шиповниковая – укрепляет стенки капилляров, является мочегонным средством.
Шалфейная – потогонное и мочегонное средство, нормализует менструацию.
Эвкалиптовая – жаропонижающее, тонизирующее, противомикробное средство, нормализует работу желудка.
Яблоневая – укрепляет сердечную мышцу, улучшает общее состояние.
Применение цветочной пыльцы в косметологии.
Цветочная пыльца используется в косметологии в виде масок, настоек, приготовленных в домашних условиях, которые превосходно увлажнят, питают, подтягивают и тонизируют кожу. Антибактериальные свойства пыльцы помогают бороться с различными воспалениями на коже и предотвращают их развитие.
Составы из цветочной пыльцы используются для укрепления и роста волос.
Перед применением косметических средств, содержащих цветочную пыльцу, необходимо нанести средство на запястье с целью выявления аллергии на компоненты.
Для очищения и подтягивания кожи лица смешать до однородной массы половина чайной ложки пыльцы, 20 г пчелиного воска, 20 г растительного или оливкового масла, 20 г ланолина, 20 г вазелина и 20 г буры. Умыть лицо теплой водой, вытереть мягким полотенцем или салфеткой и наносить тонким слоем мягкими круговыми движениями без надавливания.
Для предупреждения морщин при сухой и нормальной коже лица смешать до однородной массы половина чайной ложки пыльцы, 1 десертную ложку меда, белок 1 яйца и 2 столовые ложки муки. Наносить на чистую кожу лица.
Для устранения сухости и шелушения кожи в половине стакана теплой воды смешать половина чайной ложки пыльцы, 1 чайную ложку нашатырного спирта и 3 столовые ложки глицерина. Все перемешать до однородной массы. Перед использованием раствор необходимо взбалтывать.
Для приготовления питательного крема для лица смешать до однородной массы 3 чайные ложки цветочной пыльцы, 10 г пчелиного воска, 50 г растительного или оливкового масла и 10 г глицерина. Крем наносить на лицо салфеткой и оставить на 4-5 часов, можно на ночь.
Питательный крем для получения нежной и эластичной кожи.
Растереть половина чайной ложки пыльцы со столовой ложкой сливочного масла и добавить несколько капель лимонного сока. Наносить на чистую сухую кожу лица.
Крем для сужения пор при жирной коже. Смешать до однородной массы половина чайной ложки пыльцы, 1 десертную ложку меда, 1 чайную ложку растительного или оливкового масла и 1 чайную ложку сока рябины. Наносить на чистую сухую кожу лица.
Цветочная пыльца для роста и укрепления волос.
Для укрепления волос смешать 2 столовые ложки касторового масла, 1 яичный желток, 1 чайную ложку меда, 1 чайную ложку коньяка, 1 чайную ложку сока лимона и нанести на сухие волосы, обернуть пищевой пленкой и теплым полотенцем. Держать 40-60минут, затем смыть теплой водой.
Для приготовления ополаскивателя для волос размешать в стакане теплой воды 1 столовую ложку пыльцы(предварительно растолочь в ступке ). Тщательно размешать и ополаскивать полученным экстрактом волосы. Данное средство улучшает рост волос и уничтожает перхоть.
При выпадении волос 200 г цветочной пыльцы залить 100 г воды и дать ей хорошо набухнуть, после чего добавить в смесь вареный измельченный желток. Все тщательно размешать и наносить на волосы, втирая смесь массажными движениями 15-20 минут. Затем промыть волосы теплой и прохладной водой.
При отсутствии или нежелании тратить время на приготовление косметических средств на основе пчелиной пыльцы можно воспользоваться не менее эффективными готовыми кремами и препаратами. К счастью, сейчас на рынке много натуральных косметических средств, в том числе и Российских.
